What we´ll do

• For 3 hours we will run a martial arts training session adapted to the level of fitness and experience of the seminar members.

• Warm-up

• Balance, elasticity and fitness exercises

• BJJ and grappling techniques

• Light sparring and/or fun games to put techniques into practice

Seminar price per person is 30 euros.

About the teacher

Rodrigo Pires is in charge of the seminars. Rodrigo is an experienced Jiu Jitsu and martial arts professor fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
